Section 119
Reply to be submitted
(1) According to paragraph-8, the defendant shall submit a reply to the relevant court within twenty-one days from the date of expiry of the deadline, excluding the time limit.
(2) Except as otherwise written elsewhere in this Code, a counter-affidavit filed after the period specified in sub-section (1) shall not be registered and even if it is registered, such counter-affidavit shall not be accepted by the court.
